At BRC we require copies of all current certificates when our members join, so we know they have the skills you need to do a professional job. However, It is your responsibility to check with the business before you agree to anything with them.
Because we need the contact details of a consumer in the case of a bad review. Also, to ensure reviews of our businesses are accurate, we contact a consumer who leaves a less positive review in order to validate their story with the business, but also good reviews to ensure they are genuine.
